I purchased swipe elite plus mobile phone on 16-06-2016. Unfortunately, it is not detecting sim cards since past 3-4 days. Moreover, its switching (on-to-off and vice-versa) time is increased.
I complained the same thing on info@justswipe.com and customercare@justswipe.com on 08/01/17, however, not received any reply till date. Can anybody suggest me what to do?
Local service center not picking the phone calls.

It's more than 45 days now and I do not even know what they are doing with it. I'm starting to think its a use and throw device :lol: :lol: :lol:

I asked them for their head office number and they gave me this number 087930 38038, I think its a name shake number, I cannot get hold on to a support representative :lol: :lol: :lol: I sent an email to their customer support center "info@justswipe.com" and "customercare@justswipe.com" and as I guessed, i did not receive any response, just wasted my bandwidth usage :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:.

Recommend not to buy these products, I think Shripal is busy trying to make his company a $100 billion one and investing on R&D's not realizing that he is losing market because of his existing products which has a very very verrryyyyy bad after sales service.

I mean seriously, how will I recommend to my family and friends to buy his products when I see how bad their service is.

Man I think their company has big Jokers who are making us fools, not knowing how it is going to affect them.

Successfully today I was able to get a support representative when I called 08793038038, It seems they would take another 10 more days to dispatch the device. I mean, why should they take so long. When I asked the question the response I got is, they are working on the motherboard and it will take time.

Swipe technicians don't know what is wrong on the device, come on, even I'm a electronic mechanic person, please don't mention these kind of stuff.

I would have repaired it myself if it was out of warranty. Since it was within service warranty, I did not do it.

My bad, I should have serviced the phone by myself :lol: :lol: :lol:

Man, these guys are really jokkers :lol: :lol: :lol:
